ABOUT ABOUT

Independence Seaport Museum, in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, will host the third annual Old City Seaport Festival, a weekend-long event featuring Tall Ships, live music inside the Gosling's Dark n' Stormy Tavern, river tours, boat rentals, sea shanty singers,  a family-friendly pirate lair presented by MetroKids Magazine, pirate moon bounce and various maritime-themed activities inside and outside the Seaport Museum. Don't miss the pirate ship made out of turkey bacon, plus FREE BACON from Godshall's quality meats all weekend long!

The weekend begins with a majestic parade of boats on Friday at 5:00 pm. The festival takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Each day is capped off with the Pirate Battle, a skirmish enjoyed from either the landing or aboard a Tall Ship.

All Access Boarding Passes are required for deck tours of the Tall Ships for entry to the Museum (including pirate lounge, activities and exhibits) and historic ships- the cruiser Olympia and submarine Becuna. Boarding passes are not needed to enter the general festival grounds, including the beer garden, food trucks, boat rentals, antique and classic boat display, ship model area and outside vendors. All Access Boarding Passes are $16 for adults and $12 for children (2-11) and seniors.

There are a limited amount of River Tour tickets for sails aboard the Tall Ships. These tickets must be purchased in advance. River Tours will be available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon aboard Pride of Baltimore and Mystic Whaler. River Tour tickets during the Friday afternoon Parade of Boats are $65 for adults and $35 for children. River Tour tickets on Saturday and Sunday are $75 for adults and $45 for children and include an All Access Boarding Pass to the festival.
